Concert: Do As Infinity Singapore 23 Sept 2017, Capitol Theatre

After 18 years, Do As Infinity finally makes their mark overseas with a tour outside of Japan.  This year, we see them travelling from Mexico City, Argentina, Brazil, Chile before crossing over to Indonesia and Singapore.

With hits like , "Yesterday and Today", "Shinjitsu no Uta",

They first started out in 1999 with members Ryo Owatari(guitar), Dai Nagao and Tomiko Van (vocals), disbanded in 2005 and returned as a duo with Ryo and Tomiko on 2008.

The venue
Approximately 95 people attended for VIP ( there were 97 pictures for the meet and greet, with 2 of it from the sponsors), the rest are for the general admission.

The concert
The organizers didn't utilize the side speaker. Only the front speakers were working. The organizers didn't fully utilize the 2 screens, and they only serve as props. So basically, if you're at the far back, you can't see much of their faces.
I realized that Tomiko Van's voice is unusually different from what I've heard on CDs and live. ( I guess, quality of voice does have an effect when you age).

Things you should not do in a concert. Bring your own chair and not tidying up after.

During the concert, at least have the decency to put the chair back so that other patrons will be able to use the space. We all paid the same money, what entitles you for some extra space for the chair. It's too rude! ( General Admission Section B Free Standing, rightmost corner of the venue). Obviously, turned off by this people who does not know etiquette and who does think that they are entitled to it. I don't see you carrying any cane or pregnant. You're one able bodied guy who doesn't have the stomach to stand for a 2 hour concert.
